Bach Ma Deep Jungle Expedition: 3-Day Trek & Wild Camping

DAY 1: INTO THE WILD – TRI SAO WATERFALL & CHO DEN FOREST (L, D)

• Morning: Our private vehicle and expert trekking guide will pick you up from your hotel in Hue City. Enjoy a scenic 40km drive to the entrance of Bach Ma National Park, a vast biosphere home to over 2,300 species of flora and rare wildlife listed in the Red Book.

• The Trek (9km / ~4.5 hours): We begin our deep jungle trek from Km 08. Navigate the rugged trails leading to the beautiful Tri Sao Waterfall. Here, we will pause for a well-deserved picnic lunch and enjoy a refreshing swim in the super cool, crystal-clear mountain water.

• Afternoon: Continue trekking towards the Cho Den (White Seraya) Forest at Km 14, learning about critically endangered plant species and tracking wildlife footprints along the way.

• Late Afternoon: A support vehicle will pick you up at Km 14 and transfer you to our exclusive camping base at Km 17. Relax as our porter team sets up your tents.

• Evening: Enjoy a fantastic outdoor BBQ dinner prepared by your crew. Relish the peaceful, untouched atmosphere of the wild.

• (Optional: Join your guide for a thrilling night walk to the Hai Vong Dai summit to stargaze and enjoy a hot cup of tea at 1,400 meters above sea level).

• Overnight: Fully Equipped Tent at Bach Ma Camping Base.

DAY 2: SUNRISE SUMMIT, FIVE LAKES & DO QUYEN WATERFALL (B, L, D)

• 05:00 AM (The Summit): Wake up early and take a brisk hike to the Hai Vong Dai Summit. Reward yourself with a spectacular sunrise over the cascading mountains and the distant ocean—a truly mind-clearing experience. Trek back to the camp via a scenic natural trail.

• Morning: Enjoy a hot, freshly brewed breakfast at the camp.

• The Waterfall Trek (5km / ~4 hours): Today’s main challenge is discovering the mighty Do Quyen (Rhododendron) Waterfall, tumbling down like a long white silk carpet against the cliffside. The awe-inspiring beauty and the roaring sound of the water will leave you speechless.

• The Five Lakes (Ngu Ho): We will also explore a series of five pristine natural lakes connected by gentle streams. Take your time to swim, bathe, and cool off in these spectacular jungle pools.

• Evening: Return to the base camp for another hearty, camping-style BBQ dinner. Share stories around the camp, surrounded by the enchanting sounds of nocturnal birds and the wind.

• Overnight: Fully Equipped Tent at Bach Ma Camping Base.

DAY 3: JUNGLE FAREWELL & RETURN TO HUE (B)

• Morning: Wake up slowly and enjoy a simple, comforting breakfast in the heart of the forest. Take some final photographs and soak in the fresh mountain air.

• 10:00 AM: Pack up your belongings. Our support vehicle will collect you and the crew from the camping base.

• Noon: Transfer safely back to Hue City. Our driver will drop you off at your hotel, concluding your epic Bach Ma wilderness expedition.
