08:00 AM (or 01:30 PM): Hotel Pick-up & Market Safari
Your private English-speaking guide and driver will pick you up directly from your hotel in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle.
Our first stop is a bustling, colorful Local Market. Follow your guide through the labyrinth of stalls. Experience the chaotic, vibrant energy as you learn how to identify fresh tropical herbs, live seafood, and exotic spices. Practice your bargaining skills with the friendly local sellers as you gather the ingredients for today’s meal!
09:30 AM (or 03:00 PM): The Basket Boat & Net Fishing
Hop back into your private car and take a short drive to the Cam Thanh Water Coconut Palm Forest.
Step into a unique, round Vietnamese Bamboo Basket Boat (Thuyền Thúng). Paddle down the serene waterways surrounded by a paradise of dense palm trees. Enjoy a hands-on experience as you learn traditional net fishing techniques from the locals and try your luck at catching small “Purple Crabs” hidden in the canal roots.
10:30 AM (or 04:00 PM): Master the Vietnamese Kitchen
Arrive at the scenic, riverside cooking school. You will be welcomed with a refreshing local herbal drink to cool down.
Roll up your sleeves and join a fun, interactive Cooking Class. Under the step-by-step guidance of a professional local chef, you will learn the traditional methods to prep, season, and cook 4 famous Vietnamese dishes (such as crispy spring rolls, savory pancakes, or fresh papaya salad).
12:00 PM (or 05:30 PM): The Great 8-Dish Feast
It’s time to taste your hard work! Sit down in a beautiful dining area and enjoy the 4 main dishes you just cooked.
