• Our local food expert and private driver will pick you up directly from your hotel lobby.

• We kick off the evening with Da Nang’s most famous culinary export: Mi Quang (Quang-style Noodles). Dig into a vibrant bowl of turmeric-infused rice noodles topped with shrimp, pork, a quail egg, roasted peanuts, and crispy rice crackers, all brought together by a rich, savory broth.

06:30 PM: Sizzling Central Delights

• Hop back into your private car and head to a bustling local alley dedicated to the art of sizzling pancakes.

• Pull up a stool and learn how to wrap and roll Banh Xeo (Crispy turmeric crepe filled with bean sprouts, shrimp, and pork) alongside Nem Lui (Lemongrass pork skewers). Dip your fresh rolls into the legendary, warm peanut-sesame sauce that locals swear by.

07:30 PM: The Coastal Seafood Hub

• You cannot visit Da Nang without tasting its ocean bounty! We will drive toward the coastal/river district to visit a highly hygienic, local-favorite seafood joint.

• Enjoy tasting portions of the day’s freshest catch. Sample Grilled Scallops with Scallion Oil and Peanuts (Sò điệp nướng mỡ hành) and Steamed Clams with Lemongrass and Chili (Nghêu hấp sả). Raise a glass of local Larue Beer to toast with your guide!

08:30 PM: Sweet Ending & The Han River

• For dessert, we will treat you to a beloved local sweet: Kem Bơ (Creamy avocado smoothie topped with coconut ice cream and toasted coconut flakes) or a traditional Hue-style Sweet Soup (Chè).

• Digest your food with a leisurely walk along the beautifully illuminated Han River Promenade. Marvel at the city skyline and the majestic Dragon Bridge.

• (Bonus: If you book this tour on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, your guide will perfectly time the walk so you can witness the Dragon Bridge breathing spectacular fire and water at 9:00 PM!)

09:30 PM: Safe Return

• Our private car will safely transfer you back to your hotel, concluding a fantastic evening of eating like a true Da Nang local.
