• Our local food expert and private driver will pick you up from your hotel. Enjoy the cool morning breeze as the city wakes up and the streets begin to buzz with daily life.

08:00 AM: The Iconic Coastal Breakfast

• We kick off the safari with Da Nang’s most beloved morning dish: Bún Chả Cá (Fish Cake Noodle Soup). Pull up a chair at a legendary, decades-old local eatery to enjoy a steaming bowl of rice noodles topped with homemade fried fish cakes, fresh herbs, and a beautifully balanced sweet-and-sour broth made from pumpkin, pineapple, and bamboo shoots.

08:45 AM: The “Banh Mi” & Coffee Culture

• Next, we grab a freshly baked, crispy Bánh Mì (Vietnamese baguette stuffed with savory cold cuts, pate, and herbs) from one of the city’s most famous stalls.

• We will take our Banh Mi to a nearby local cafe to experience Vietnam’s incredible street coffee culture. You can choose to try the traditional Cà Phê Sữa Đá (Strong iced coffee with condensed milk) or be adventurous and taste the trendy Cà Phê Muối (Salt Coffee)—a unique Central Vietnamese specialty where salty cream perfectly balances the rich, sweet coffee.

09:30 AM: Con Market (Chợ Cồn) Immersion

• Hop back into your private car and head to Con Market, the epicurean heart and largest wholesale market in Da Nang.

• The Experience: Follow your guide through the labyrinth of bustling aisles. Watch locals bargaining for the morning catch, smell the exotic spices, and see mountains of colorful tropical fruits. Your guide will handpick some in-season exotic fruits (like rambutan, mangosteen, or dragon fruit) for you to taste right on the spot.

10:30 AM: A Sweet Morning Treat

• Before leaving the market area, we will treat you to a light, refreshing local dessert: Tào Phớ or Đậu Hũ Nước Cốt Dừa (Warm, silken tofu served with ginger syrup and creamy coconut milk)—a perfect, gentle way to wrap up a morning of eating.

11:00 AM: Return to Hotel

• Our private car will safely transfer you back to your hotel. You now have the rest of the day free to relax on the beach or explore further, completely energized and with a happy stomach!
